Beautiful flower arrangement, but terrible customer service. When following up for an order update, the female that answered was rude and unhelpful. As a returning customer, I am extremely disappointed with the regression of quality and customer respect.

I have done business with Blossoms for 20 years or more. Kirby and his staff are excellent at what they do, but they add a personal touch and everything they do is great! They go above and beyond to make sure that your order is just how you want it. Any time I need flowers, arrangements or decoration of some kind, I will call on them every time!

REMEMBER this name (Kirby) of Blossom's Florist out of Chipley, FL Talk about exceeding one's expectations,HA! My wife and I were more than simply satisfied we are in awe of their ability to perform and produce perfection under the pressure of very short.notice. I don't know much about reviews and 5 star ratings and such but I would circle the moon for these good folks. Like I said in the beginning, REMEMBER this name (Kirby,) of Blossom's Florist in Chipley FL. You won't go wrong with these good folks.
